Latest Patch Introduced Problems

As many other reviews have covered, this last small bug fix update accidentally introduced a few new, odd bugs if its own.

The biggest issue is not being able to change from normal game speed to fast. Regardless of what Is selected I can not get the game to increase its speed on my phone (5s).
